How to add Hostel Fees to students in the ERP?


How to add Hostel Fees to students in the ERP?

Notes
Module - Hostel > Forms - Student Room Relation                                              

Step 1 - Go to the Student Registration Detail form of the Student Registration Module 

Step 2 - Search the student to whom the Hostel Preference needs to give







Step 3 - Go to the bottom of the page and select the preference tab and give the preference for the class and save 




Step 4 - Go to the Student Room Relation form of Hostel Module 




Step 5 - Click the Add New button 




Step 6 - Select the Campus, Institute, Course, Class, Student, Hostel, Room Categry, and Room on which the student belongs. 

If the fees of the room needs to show on the fee deposit then fee applicable check box needs to select

Step 7 - Go to the bottom of the page and select the Session, Company, and the Class level for which the fee will be refelected on the student 





Step 8 - Select the "Apply Fee For Selected Session" check box and Save 






Now the Fees of the Room will be show on Fee Deposit form.
