How to add Welcome Message on ERP dashboard?

How to add Welcome Message on the ERP dashboard?   

Step 1 - Go to the Welcome Message form of the Content Module 

Step 2 - Click on the Add New button and select the show in, Institute, title, date, and content, and Save.

Step 3 - Once the data is saved, click on the default option in the listing of the data to show the message on the dashboard.

Step 4 - Go to the ERP Settings of the Utility Module, select settings as dashboard, and insert the welcome message block size, order, roles, and show on home check box to show on the dashboard.
