How to create the Class Subject Master in ERP for College/University?
Step 1 - Go to the Class Subject Relation form of Main Masters Module and click on the Add New button

Main Masters > Masters > Class Subject Relation
Step 2 - Select the session, campus, institute, course, class after that select the "Show all subjects" button to select the Subject Name for the class
Step 3 - After selecting the Subject Name click on the Arrow Button to add the subject and Save.
Step 4 - Create the Subject Group of the class

Main Masters > Forms > Subject Groups
Click on the Add New button and select the mandatory fields and give the group name, code > click on the Assigned All for assigning the subjetcs in group > Save
Step 5 - Create the Batches for the particular subjects

Main Masters > Masters > Batches
Click on the Add New button and select the mandatory fields and give the name of the Batch > Save

Note -
If the same subject is taught in multiple classes and a single class will be conducted by the faculty then the user can create a single batch by using the multi-selection of course and class. By using this while filling the batch attendance, the faculty can use the Direct Batch
button to fetch the data of all class students.
