How to generate Exam Admit Card for college/university exam?

Step 1 - Go to Exams form of exam module and create exam for which the admit card will be generated. Marked the exam as active and external for generating the admit card.

Exam Module > Create> Exams

Step 2 - Insert the subjects max and minimum marks for the exam on Exam Subjects form

Exam Module > Create> Exam Subjects

Click on add new button and select the required fields, fill the subjects max and minimum marks

Step 3 - Create the nominal for the class by using the Exam Nominal form of Exam Module

Exam Module > Create> Exam Nominals

Select the session and and give name to the nominal and select the required classes from the tree, save.

Note - By mentioning the dates for admit card download the student can see a link on their login for downloading the exam admit card for the particular exam.

Step 4 - Create the exam schedules by using the exam schedules form of the exam module.

Exam Module > Conduct> Exam Schedules

Step 5 - Go to the Custom Report option of exam module for generating the admit card

Exam Module > Reports > Custom Reports > Template

Select the admit card template and select the madatory fields

Step 6 - Click on search button and generate and print
