How to give designation to the employee in ERP?

How to give designation to the employee in ERP? 

Employee Registration > Forms > Employee Office Details                                                                                         

Step 1 - Go to the Employee Office Details form of the Employee Registration Module 




Step 2 - Search the employee whom the designation needs to be given






Step 3 - Go the the Add new button of the Employee Desination tab of the form 




Step 4 - Select the Department and Designation of the employee and set it as Current and Default then select the add button

Step 5 - Save 






Note - Designation of the employee will be adding for the login session of the user.                            


IMPORTENT INFORMATION

Please do the following steps before adding the designation - 

1. User can add the designation in the ERP from the Code Master form of the Main Master module (Entity - Designation) 
2. User can add the departments from the Departments form of the Main Master module 
3. Given the Department designation relation from the Department Designation Mapping form of the Main Master module 
4. Set the hierarchy of the designation from the Employee Regsitration module form Set Designation Hierarchy
