How to insert a week off in ERP?
Step 1 - Go to the Week Offs form of the Main Master Module. It will be set session-wise, and if the institute has different week-offs for students and employees, then two week-offs can be created to manage.
Step 2 - Click on Add New button to insert. Give the name of the week-off setting "week off 2025-2026" and select the mandatory fields. Select the day of the week when the day off is required. Like - Sunday - AllFD means all Sundays off for a full day, I FD means the first Sunday full day off of the month.
Select the check box as per the requirement and save.
Step 3 - To see if the week off applied or not, for the employee, go to the Employee Manual In/Out form and reprocess the data for the date.
