How to send a General message to Student/Parent from ERP?

How to send a General message from ERP?

Notes
Dynamic Report > Module - Student Registration > Student Dynamic Report                                                     

Step 1 - Go to the Dynamic Report of Student Registration Module and select the Student Dynamic Report 





Step 2 - Search the student or class for which the user wants to send the message



Step 3 - Select the student to whom the message will be sent

Note -

The following are the options available on the forms :                                                                                        

1. Send SMS 
2. Send Email 
3. Send Notification - ERP 
4. Send WhatsApp 


Step 4 - Scroll down and select the suitable option through which the message will be sent.
Select the receiver and sender options, and insert the message in the content 

QuoteNote - Users can use the keywords shown from the Show Keywords button to create the content more engaging.

Follow the steps to create the template for future use (if the message content will be the same every time) - 
1. After typing the message in the content, click on the "+" button to add the template. Type the name of the template and click on the "Ok" button to save.
2. Once the template is saved, the user can use the template from the Template selection field.






Step 5 -  Click the Send button to send the message.

The user can check the sent message in the Message Log form of the Utility Module.
