How to set the Auto serires setting for generating the scholar number?
Student Registration Module > Masters > Auto Series Setting
Step 1 - Go to the Auto Series Setting form of Student Registration Module
Step 2 - Click on the Add New button and fill the mandatory field
Step 3 - Add the required keywords as per the scholar number series of the institute
Step 4 - Select the keyword and give order as per the requirement. The user can also add the prefix for the keyword if needed.
Step 5 - After selecting the keyword select the Session, Institute, and Course then Click on Save button
Now whenever the course is get selected on Student Registration Details form while adding a new entry the scholar number fill automatically.
Note -
Following are the use of the radio buttons -
1. For Session Only - by using the button the scholar number series will be same for whole session like if 1 is given to B. Tech class student then if the other student register of Diploma then it will be given 2
2. For College Only - by using the button the scholar number series will be same for whole college like Pharmacy student will get a seprate series then the Engineering college, Pharmacy to 1 and engineering also 1
3. For Course Only - by using the button the scholar number series will be same for whole course like if 1 is given to B. Tech class student then if the other student register of Diploma then it will be given 1
