To start taking the attendance of the college student in the ERP, the user needs to follow the steps below - 

Step 1 - Create the Class Subject Relation of the class

Step 2 - Create the Subject Group of the class

Main Masters > Forms > Subject Groups                              





Step 3 - Create the Batches for the particular subjects

Main Masters > Masters > Batches                              





Step 4 - Give the relation to the students of the Subject Groups

Student Registration Module > Masters > Student Subject Group Relation                        





Step 5 - Give the relation of the Student Batch Relation for all the class subjects

Student Attendance > Masters > Student Batch Relation                          





Step 6 - Give attendance rights to the faculty of the particular subjects 

Notes
Employee Registration > Masters > Attendance Rights                      




Give the rights of the faculty to the Daily Attendance form of the Student Attendance Module, through the form faculty can take the attendance of the student.

Note - After the above process, the faculty can mark the attendance of the students without a Timetable. If the institute wants to maintain the data according to the specific timetable, then the Timetable Module relation needs to be created.
